1. Overview & Data Sovereignty

K-Loop Digital Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") develops and operates BizLoop. We believe in complete merchant data sovereignty. BizLoop is engineered with a local-first architecture where your transactional data, itemized bills, product catalogs, customer phone numbers, and ledger entries reside entirely on your device's local SQLite storage.

2. Information We Process

We strictly limit cloud-processed data to account administration and licensing:

• Account Credentials: Email address, hashed password, phone number, and optional Google account identifiers for authentication.
• Device Identity: Unique terminal ID and platform to enforce device licensing limits.
• Subscription Status: Subscription tier, validity dates, and payment reference identifiers.
• Backup Metadata: Filename, SHA-256 checksum, file size, and timestamp of encrypted snapshots. The encryption key and plaintext data are never accessible to our servers.

3. Client-Side Encryption & Google Drive

When you use BizLoop's backup facility, your database is encrypted client-side using industry-standard AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption derived with PBKDF2 before leaving your device.

If you choose to store backups in Google Drive, the file is transmitted directly from your device to your personal Google Drive storage using the restricted drive.file scope. K-Loop Digital Solutions never receives, inspects, or hosts your unencrypted database files.

4. Your Rights Under Indian Law

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023:

• You may export your data at any time via offline encrypted backup.
• You may unlink third-party integrations (such as Google Drive) instantly from within the application.
• You may request complete erasure of your cloud account credentials by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
