These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Merchant" or "User") and K-Loop Digital Solutions, an MSME-registered enterprise ("Company"), governing your access to and use of the BizLoop mobile application, software, and backend services.
BizLoop is proprietary software licensed on a subscription basis. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BizLoop on authorized devices solely for your internal business operations. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the software.
Each BizLoop subscription tier permits activation on an agreed number of mobile POS terminals. Attempting to bypass device verification or activate unauthorized devices concurrently is a violation of these terms and may lead to terminal suspension.
BizLoop provides automated calculation tools for CGST, SGST, IGST, and composition schemes based on user-entered tax percentages and HSN/SAC codes. The Merchant remains exclusively responsible for ensuring the accuracy of invoices, tax rates, GSTIN credentials, and statutory tax filings with GST authorities.
BizLoop is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall K-Loop Digital Solutions be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from device hardware failure, printer malfunction, or lost data resulting from forgotten encryption passphrases. Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
